Privacy Notice & Data Deletion

Data We Collect

The Umoor Sehat app collects the following information from patients registered at healthcare camps:

Patient Information

• Personal info: name, phone number, WhatsApp number, address, ITS number, Civil ID.
• Health screening data: height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, blood sugar (mmol/L or mg/dL), pre-existing medical conditions.
• Patient photos captured via camera or selected from gallery.
• Emergency contact details.
• Follow-up notes added by camp staff.

Staff Information

The app also collects login credentials (username and password) of authorised camp staff who use the app.

How We Use It

• To register patients at organised healthcare camps.
• To track patient workflow status (New → Accepted → Scheduled → Done).
• To allow camp staff to record health screening results and follow-up notes.
• To export patient lists (Excel / PDF) for camp organizers.

Where Data Is Stored

All patient and staff data is stored on a secure Odoo backend operated by Centrixplus / Lifesavers Global. Data is transmitted between the app and the backend over HTTPS (encrypted in transit).

What We Do Not Do

• We do NOT share data with advertisers or marketing networks.
• We do NOT sell data to third parties.
• We do NOT track users across other apps or websites.
• We do NOT use the data for any purpose other than healthcare camp management.

Data Deletion Requests

If you are a patient registered through the Umoor Sehat app and would like your record deleted, please email support@centrixplus.com with the subject line "Umoor Sehat data deletion request".

Please Include in Your Email

• Your full name as registered.
• Your registered phone number.
• The camp or event you attended (if known).

What Gets Deleted

• Your patient profile (name, contact details, address, IDs).
• Your photos.
• Your health screening data.
• Your follow-up notes.

What May Be Retained

• Anonymised statistical data (no personal identifiers).
• Audit logs for up to 90 days, then permanently deleted.
